Price Guarantee tag qualify for our price match guarantee protection plus
extra 5% credit for the price difference (Example: our price is $200 plus $10
shipping, competitor's price is $120 with $15 shipping, we will adjust your
order to match the $120 price with $15 shipping, plus credit you $4.) for up
to 14 days from the date of purchase. Price must factor in discounts/rebates,
shipping related fee, sale tax and duty related fee. The item submitted for
price matching must be new, identical, immediately available, pre-tax price
from any other manufacturer's authorized resellers or major retailers.
The BEST Price Guarantee does not apply to offers that include financing,
bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, items that are
advertised as limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, refurbished/used
items.
The BEST Price Guarantee does not apply to offers from non US vendors
and other unreliable vendors like vendors from flea market or swap meet,
vendors that are suspicious of selling knockoffs or imitations/counterfeit goods,
marketplace vendors from internet shopping portals, auction sites, and other
similar sites.
We reserve the right to refuse price match on items from limited time promotion and
liquidation sale like Cyber Monday Sale, Black Friday Sale, Thanksgiving Sale,
After Halloween Sale, 24 Hours Sale and 48 Hours Sale. We do not price
match our own price or price from our affiliated web sites.
How to submit items for price match?
1. Place any order for the items you wants us to price match. Enter the URL
of the items with lower prices in the shipping instruction text box. Once we
manage to verify the price, we will adjust the price in your order to match
the lowest price, and credit an extra 50% for the price difference to your
order. If we are not able to verify the lower price, we will contact you to
confirm before we process your order.
2. If you find a lower price item after you have placed or received your order. Please
contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase using our
contact form at support page. We will provide you with
the instruction to submit proof (URL, picture of the advertising, screen
shoot) via email or picture text messaging.
