Yes, we respect and protect you privacy. We never, under any circumstances sell or trade our customer information with other business!

Can I order by cash, check or money order?
Yes, for your convenience we do accept cash, check and money orders. Simply select the items you with to purchase by using our shopping cart system. When you are ready to check out, just click on the "Checkout" button and you will be given options to pay for your order by cash, check or money order. Please note: If you pay by check your order will not ship until your check has cleared.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to make a return, it must first meet the conditions below: 

  • All tags need to be attached on items for us to accept the package, we will not accept the return if you have altered tags in any way.
  • Novelty & DVD items must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same item only.
  • For refund or replacement, please use the merchandise return form below. If any item was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately to initiate damage inspection.
  • We may be able to help you to resolve a problem without returning the product. Please contact us via our Email Contact Form.

    We can not accept return if:
    The items were soiled, worn, or laundered. Due to federal health code, we can not accept return on undergarments, swimwear and wig once they have been tried on or worn. We will consider opened package on such items as tried on or worn. Close-out sale and liquidation items are sold as it. Special order items, seasonal items, rush order, leather, boots and on sale items are none refundable. They can only be returned for store credit or exchange. A restocking fee may apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Original shipping fee and return shipping cost are at the customer's expense, unless the item received was our shipping mistake. Customers must inform us of any discrepancy within 7 days  so that we may investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.

 

Why do I need to register my Credit Card with you?
To protect you from credit card fraud, in some instances we may require you to register your credit card with us so we can verify that your card does indeed belong to you. Usually if you are placing an order that is to be shipped internationally, we will require you to register with us. Furthermore, the credit card registration form contains shipping terms/agreements that let us know how you want your order shipped.
